Senior Immigration Attorney (NIV) - 10 to 15 years’ experience

An additional Senior NIV Attorney with specific H-1B focus to join our expanding management team with the following expertise:

  • Working closely with firm partners on high-end corporate client matters, and mentoring / assisting associate attorneys and paralegals on NIV case work.
  • Demonstrated minimum 10 years of H-1B team leadership in strategizing, reviewing, and preparing complex petitions and RFE responses.
  • Responsible for handling ongoing caseloads of at least 60 NIV matters on a monthly basis.
  • Daily correspondence and calls with clients, providing strategic advice and guidance.
  • Expert understanding of the overall employment-based and NIV process.
  • Analyzed, prepared and filed at least 500 H-1B petitions and 300 RFE’s in the past 3 years.
  • Demonstrated expertise with minimum 10 years’ experience on other NIV cases including L and O type matters.
  • Proven comprehensive integration of case management software in both team leadership and case completion.

Immigration Attorney (PERM & I-140) - 10 years’ experience

An additional PERM & I-140 Attorney to join our expanding management team with the following experience:

  • Working closely with firm partners on high-end corporate client PERM and I-140 matters, and mentoring / assisting associate attorneys and paralegals.
  • Demonstrated minimum 5 years of PERM and I-140 team management in strategizing, reviewing, and preparing complex petitions and I-140 RFE responses.
  • Responsible for review of ongoing caseloads of at least 40 PERMs and 20 I-140 matters (including RFE’s) on a monthly basis.
  • Daily correspondence and calls with clients, providing strategic advice and guidance.
  • Expert understanding of the overall employment-based and IV process.
  • Analyzed, prepared and filed at least 400 PERMs, 300 I-140’s, and 100 I-140 RFE’s, and 100 AOS matters in the past 3 years.
  • Demonstrated expertise with minimum 10 years’ experience on other IV matters.
  • Proven comprehensive integration of case management software in both team leadership and case completion.

Immigration Attorney (AOS) - 10 years’ experience

An additional AOS Attorney to join this department at our firm with the following experience:

  • Demonstrated minimum 10 years of AOS strategy, review, and preparation of petitions and AOS RFE responses.
  • Working closely with Partners on business and family-based IV matters, and mentoring / assisting paralegals on AOS case work.
  • Experienced working-knowledge of other IV matters including, PERM, I-140, I-130, NATZ, and Waiver applications.
  • Responsible for complete handling of ongoing caseloads of at least 40 AOS matters per month, while working on some PERMs, I-140’s and I-140 / AOS RFE’s as needed.
  • Daily correspondence and calls with clients, providing strategic advice and guidance.
  • 10 year-level understanding of the overall employment and family-based IV process.
  • Analyzed, prepared and filed at least 300 AOS, 100 I-140’s, and 100 I-140 RFE’s, and 100 AOS RFE’s in the past 3 years.
  • Proven comprehensive integration of case management software in both team leadership and case completion.

Sr. Immigration Paralegal (NIV) – 10 years’ experience

  • Initial evaluation of matters and assessment of case-specific needs;
  • Minimum caseload of 40 H-1B matters and 20 H-1B RFE’s per month;
  • Professional phone and written communication with clients;
  • Drafting forms, letters, job descriptions, and other support documents;
  • Responsible for final review of petitions;
  • Entering and updating information in databases and case management systems;
  • Mentorship of junior paralegals and support staff with direct responsibility to firm managers; and
  • Collaborating with attorneys on case strategy and responses to RFEs.

In this role, you will be on track towards growth into a supervisory or management role within our firm.

You will support teams on non-immigrant matters mainly: H1B, however including TN, L1, and O matters. You will be expected to manage the day-to-day work on an average caseload of 60 matters at any time.

Jr. Immigration Paralegal

We are looking for dedicated, detail orientated, and enthusiastic junior paralegals with knowledge and expertise integrating technology into their work product to launch their career with our firm. We value entry-level staff who are motivated to accelerate their expertise and knowledge of immigration law and process, offering promotions proportionate to heighted levels of work product capacity.

In this role you will be part of a hard-working and supportive team, providing assistance to senior immigration paralegals and attorneys, including:

  • Collecting and assembling support documents for petitions;
  • Entering and updating information in our database and case management systems;
  • Communicating with clients; and
  • Drafting forms and letters.

In this role, you will be trained in the law as well as our processes and procedures with an eye towards upward growth within our firm commensurate with your learning curve. You will support teams on both non-immigrant and immigrant matters (including H1-B, TN, L1, O, PERM, I-140, I-130, AOS, and Waivers). You will be responsible for handling support on approximately 40 cases at any time.

As a key member to each team, people will count on you to provide a consistent, quality work product which requires punctual attendance, and attention to detail. An ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of business immigration experience. A bachelor’s degree is required.
