How to Start
If you would like to take the next step and discuss possible representation
with us, complete and submit our
initial inquiry
form. We will create a user account for you on our secure Internet web
portal. Once you receive your log-in information, please go into the portal
and complete our initial inquiry questionnaire. We will then set you up with
an appointment for a telephone or video conference (your choice), where you
will speak with one of our attorneys.
We do not charge anything for discussing possible representation with you.
If, after discussing your situation with us, you wish to proceed and have us
represent you, we will then send you a written engagement letter that spells
out what we will do for you and what it will cost you. Only after you
review, approve, sign, and return that letter do you become a formal client
of our office and you begin to incur fees. Until then, we are just talking.
After you become a client of our office, we will enable questionnaires for
you on the portal and ask you to complete and submit them. We will then work
with you to gather all required information as quickly as possible so that
we can prepare and submit your application or petition in the shortest
possible time.
We will provide you with comprehensive lists of all required documents
together with, where applicable, exemplars of required documents. For
example, many people do not know how to read a form I-94. We have prepared
to assist our clients with finding information on that form.
