We Offer Superior Service
We believe that the heart of immigration representation is service. Any
competent attorney can prepare and file a successful petition or application
package. The difference between technically competent attorneys and good
attorneys is the service they provide. We provide superior service.
We understand that this process can be and usually is frightening. No matter
what gets filed, a great deal is at stake for the applicant, petitioner, and
beneficiary. Small things that would ordinarily be beneath notice suddenly
become enormous concerns. This is normal and expected. We consider it our
primary responsibility to deal effectively with your worries, concerns, and
anxieties.
To this end, we welcome your phone calls and e-mails. If it is important
enough for you to call and ask us about it, then it is important enough for
us to spend time dealing with whatever it is that concerns you. We do not
charge for these calls. Similarly, we do not make you go through an overseas
processing center before you can speak with us. If you prefer e-mail, then
by all means send us an e-mail and we will give you a prompt reply. If you
are a client and you prefer to call, you are welcome to do so without first
having to go though any kind of e-mail inquiry system. As a client, it is
your right to contact us whenever and as often as you deem necessary.
We also employ state of the art technology to keep you up to date on the
processing of your case. Through our secure on-line client portal, you can
monitor the progress of your case in our office. After it is filed, we will
provide you with a direct link (via your portal account) to the CIS database
where you can stay up to date with the processing there.
Whenever anything of significance occurs in your case, we will send
you a detailed e-mail message. This e-mail will explain what happened, the
significance of what happened, what is going to happen next, the
significance of what is going to happen next, and our good faith estimate as
to when the next event will occur.
We provide you with PDF copies of all documents we file on your behalf, as
well as documents we receive from government agencies. You will receive
these documents as we file them and as we receive them.
If you would like to discuss getting started on your immigration matter,
please complete and submit an
initial inquiry
and we will set you up with a no-charge appointment to discuss your case.
