It is impossible to guarantee results, and we do not do this. Rather, we offer you a guarantee that if your petition or application is denied by the government for any reason other than fraud on your part, or your failure to timely provide specific documents requested by the government or our office, we will refund your attorney's fees. Also, if you apply for a benefit that is subject to a lottery quota, such as the H-1B lottery, and you are not selected, that is something outside of our control and we cannot offer a guarantee that you will be selected. We stand behind our work and we have no problem making this guarantee as to those things that are within our control.

Like most experienced attorneys, we have an excellent success rate. In large part, this is the result of case selection. We do not take cases unless we are confident that they will be successful. We do not want to waste your money and our time unless we believe in your case. While we cannot and do not guarantee success, we do guarantee that if your case is not approved (for other than the reasons specified above), we will refund your attorney's fees.
