We do not charge our clients - businesses or individuals - to discuss
immigration matters with us. If a client has a question, even if it is not
related to a case we are working on, we will discuss it with them at no
charge. We believe that it is important to discuss issues with our clients
and to encourage them to call us, we have a policy of not charging for such
calls.
Cost containment.
As a result of the production efficiencies we have
achieved through our technology, we are able to offer our clients cost
containment in the form of guaranteed flat fees. This allows you to stay
within your immigration budget.
Regular telephone and video conferences with HR personnel, including (where
applicable) personnel in remote offices.
In addition to taking all calls from HR personnel on a no-charge basis, we
also provide planned, regular briefings. These no-charge conferences are intended to
keep our HR partners aware of the latest trends and developments in business
immigration. In these conferences, typically we begin by providing updates
and then taking questions from those participating.
Regular group video conferences with employees
We take all calls
from employees as a regular part of our service. In addition, upon request,
we provide regular videoconference briefings to groups of employees at your
job site. We have found that these briefing help defuse harmful rumors and
misunderstandings that flow from uninformed Internet postings.Our system allows HR to enter new matters on line
Once a company representative is given access to our secure, on-line client
portal he or she may then request new immigration matters directly on-line.
Our system will alert us that the new matter has been requested and we will
begin work on it immediately. This significantly reduces delays in starting
work on new matters.We provide up to the minute reports and individual case status.
Our on-line portal provides company representatives with up to the minute
case status on all matters we are handling. It also generates reports
showing the immigration status and document expiration of all employees in
our system of records. This allows HR personnel to stay on top of expiring
petitions and status documents.
