portion of the site as new materials become available.
In addition to the information found via the Internet links, documents provided by the administrative agencies that deal with the immigration laws of the United States are important to understanding the nuances of interpretation and enforcement. This is particularly true in the case of the USCIS - an agency that willfully refuses to comply with federal law and promulgate lawful regulations. Instead, they issue non-binding policy memoranda that can be changed - retroactively - at will.
