Requesting a Consultation Appointment
To return to the main About Us page, click here
If you are interested in discussing possible
representation by our office, we are happy to speak with you. We do not
charge an initial consultation fee, nor do we charge any fees when you call
or e-mail us after you become a client. If you would like to set up an
appointment to speak with an attorney in our office, please complete the
form below and we will contact you right away.
Please understand that:
- We do not provide free legal advice. We are available to discuss
the facts of your case with you in the context of discussing
possible representation, but please do not call if you are simply
seeking free legal advice. We ask that you post your question in the
Immigration-Information Discussion Forum instead.
- We do not provide "second opinions" concerning cases where
people are already represented by counsel.
- We do not discuss cases where someone is already represented by
counsel unless that person is actively seeking to change
representation.
- We do not advise people for an hourly consulting fee. For
liability reasons, unless we handle the case ourselves, we will not
become involved in it.
Before you complete this form, please make sure that none of
the four statements immediately above apply to your situation. If they do,
please do not submit the form.
If you would like to consult with us, please complete the form below and
submit it. We will contact you as quickly as we can to arrange a mutually
convenient time to speak on the telephone. All information provided will be
held in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to any third parties
under any circumstances.
Please make sure that you describe the nature of your case and inquiry in
the box at the end of the form.
Submission of this form does not create an attorney client relationship.
That does not happen until we send you an engagement letter, followed by
your acceptance and the payment of at least a portion of our attorney's
fees. Until that formal relationship is formed, you may not reasonably
assume that any work will be done on your behalf.
