We do not charge any fees for talking to people about possible representation, but we do not offer free legal advice. If you have a general immigration question, and are not a client or seeking representation, please post your question on the ImmInfo Discussion Forum. We monitor it daily and generally respond to all questions posted there. For ethical reasons, we are not permitted to discuss or comment on cases where someone is already represented by counsel. The only exception is where someone contacts us seeking new representation.
